At Zivolvex, all of our services — from 1:1 consultations to full business strategy packages — are carefully prepared and scheduled in advance to provide maximum value and dedicated attention to each client.
Once a service is booked and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued. This includes single consultations, digital services, custom reports, marketing plans, website builds, or any bundled services.
This policy is in place because, once we agree to work together, time is immediately reserved in our calendar, strategic work begins, and preparations are made to deliver your requested services. Even if the service is not used or the client changes their mind, that time and planning has been allocated solely to that project and cannot be recovered.
By making a payment, you are confirming your commitment and agreement to these terms.
We encourage all potential clients to ask any questions or request further clarity before confirming a booking. We are always happy to discuss our services to ensure they are the right fit for your needs before payment is made.
